Our cancellation policies exist to ensure that our stylists are compensated for the time they have set aside and reserved for you. To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be canceled the day before your scheduled appointment.
Same day cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. There are no exceptions to this rule.
We understand that things happen but unfortunately, if you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be canceled and you will be charged $50. If you are going to be late due to unforeseen circumstances please contact us as soon as possible via phone or text at 713-861-6444.
Tardiness limits the amount of focus your stylist has to perform the service at it's highest standard. Though we will make every effort to accommodate our guest at their full appointment time, it may not always be possible.
To cancel or change your appointment please call or text Planet Curls at 713-861-6444.
If you fail to notify Planet Curls or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "No Call/No Show" and charged 100% of your scheduled services.
Appointment confirmation messages are sent 72 hours in advance of appointments by email and/or text to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to these messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment.
All new clients will be considered a First Time Curly Cut even with a previous curly cut
at another salon. If you are a previous Planet Curls client but it has been more than a year since
your last cut with us, you will be considered a First Time Curly Cut.
Due to the time and materials that go into your custom service, Planet Curls does not offer refunds. We are more than happy to make complimentary adjustments within 7 days of a service, pending management approval.

Hair Arrival Instructions
Please arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair with light product. Please style your hair as you normally do so that we can
see your natural curl pattern. Wear your hair down with no clips, ponytail, braids or hats. Failure to follow these
instructions may result in detangling fee and/or your appointment being rescheduled and charged a cancelation fee.
